Ice Cream Reps will be expected to: 

• Provide consistent world-class customer service, you will be the first point of call for our customers

• Effectively communicate our brand to customers

• Create our Milk Train ice creams and shakes before our customers eyes, involves spinning cotton candy.

• Handle till transactions – so comfortable maths skills are required.

• Exhibit a willingness to clean and keep the whole store super shiny and tidy.

• Possess stamina to serve people in a long line during busy periods.

• Always carry and maintain a positive attitude.

• Be available to work weekends, late nights (past 10 p.m.) 

• Be reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift
