Ice Cream Orders Shipping information

Is there a minimum and maximum order for shipping?

 

Yes, there is a minimum of 3 single ice cream tubs to qualify for shipping. Maximum 6 tubs per postal order box (see shipping costs below for more info). 

 

Shipping costs

 

We charge a flat rate of £6.99 incl. VAT (subject to change) per postal order box. Your order will be cancelled should you check out with less than the minimum order requirement for shipping.

 

Every extra box will incur an additional £6.99 postage charge, as it is charged and shipped per box.

How we ship our ice cream & delivery times

​

From the 6th July we will start shipping out orders every Wednesday for next day delivery.

 

Orders placed before 12PM Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday of that week for Thursday delivery. Orders placed after 12PM Tuesday will be shipped out the Wednesday the following week for Thursday delivery of that week. 

 

Please ensure someone is available to accept the order on first attempt to avoid spoiled ice cream. We are not responsible if you are not available to collect your delivery after ordering and there will be no refunds.

Once your ice cream order has been shipped, we will notify you.

​

Your ice cream will arrive in an insulated box, filled with dry-ice to ensure your ice cream arrives frozen. Take out the ice cream tubs as soon as they arrive and place your tubs in the freezer. They will not stay frozen and spoil if left in the insulated box. Please follow the safety instructions found in the box to safely handle and dispose of the dry-ice.

Where do we ship to

 

We can only ship within the UK mainland (excluding The Highlands and Northern Ireland).
